Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support business analytics and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to develop and maintain data models and data warehousing solutions
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Troubleshoot issues with existing solutions and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics
• Participate in agile development methodologies and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a BI Developer or relevant field.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance operations and regulations
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
